There was a big misunderstanding of a charge to my insurance and when I showed up in person to her office, she was able to come up with the best plan. Her follow up and response time to emails and calls is phenomenal. All these things as a customer of State Farm for many years is important to me. Her professionalism, her work diligence, and customer service are all reasons why I just communicate with her directly. She does her job well. And that is hard to find nowadays, so I have to commend her for that!"
